Addict! Masabacha, pitta ve chamutzim
When mrs. tehina and mr. hoummus meet, the result is Massabacha, my actual preferred meal.
Never enough!
Few meters from home I have discovered a small hoummus place where i 'cleaned' my first ever Massabacha plate (the ch is to be spelled hard, guttural) an amazing mix of tehina and hoummus, served with olive oil, pickles, fresh onion, an egg, a couple of falafel and a couple of pittot (pitta bread). Drink on it Lemonade. Delicious, cheap and fills you up for a full day. And its Tel Aviv here, so no matter how simple is the place, wifi is available, I have my Massabacha reading La Repubblica on my mobile.
